From May 15 to 21, 2025, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted a series of training sessions within the framework of the Erasmus+ grant project “Development of Soft Skills at Higher Education Institutions of Armenia and Georgia in Compliance with the 21st Century Labour Market Requirements (DeSIRe).”
The sessions were delivered by BSU professors Asie Tsintsadze and Irakli Gorgiladze, as well as associate professors Paata Chaganava and Nani Mamuladze, who shared modules based on the experience gained from partner universities. The topics included:
The trainings engaged both academic and administrative personnel, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the project and its aim to enhance the quality of teaching and university management.
Throughout the sessions, participants received theoretical input and worked on practical cases, group assignments, and interactive discussions, fostering the development of skills aligned with real-world professional environments.
The DeSIRe project supports the university’s integration into the international educational space and responds to the evolving demands of the labor market. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded certificates.
ბსუ-ში Erasmus+ პროექტის DeSIRe ფარგლებში ტრენინგები ჩატარდა

2025 წლის 15-21 მაისს, ბათუმის შოთა რუსთაველის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში ჩატარდა ტრენინგების სესია Erasmus+ პროგრამის საგრანტო პროექტის„Development of Soft Skills at Higher Education Institutions of Armenia and Georgia in Compliance with the 21st Century Labour Market Requirements (DeSIRe)“ფარგლებში.
სესიები ჩაატარეს ბსუ-ს პროფესორმა ასიე ცინცაძემ, პროფესორმა ირაკლი გორგილაძემ, ასოცირებულმა პროფესორმა პაატა ჩაგანავამ და ასოცირებულმა პროფესორმა ნანი მამულაძემ, რომლებმაც პარტნიორ უნივერსიტეტებში მიღებული გამოცდილების საფუძველზე წარმოადგინეს მოდულები შემდეგ თემებზე:
ტრენინგებში ჩართული იყო როგორც აკადემიური, ისე ადმინისტრაციული პერსონალი, რაც ასახავს პროექტის ინტერდისციპლინურ ხასიათს და მიზნად ისახავს სწავლებისა და მართვის ხარისხის გაუმჯობესებას.
სესიის განმავლობაში მონაწილეებმა მიიღეს თეორიული ცოდნა და იმუშავეს პრაქტიკულ შემთხვევებზე, ჯგუფურ დავალებებზე და ინტერაქციულ დისკუსიებზე, რაც ხელს უწყობს უნარების განვითარებას რეალურ სამუშაო გარემოსთან შესაბამისობაში.
პროექტი DeSIRe ხელს უწყობს უნივერსიტეტის ინტეგრაციას საერთაშორისო საგანმანათლებლო სივრცეში და პასუხობს შრომის ბაზრის თანამედროვე გამოწვევებს. ტრენინგის წარმატებით გავლის შემდეგ, მონაწილეებს გადაეცემათ შესაბამისი სერტიფიკატები.
