From November 22 to 26, 2024, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted a series of training sessions within the framework of the Erasmus+ grant project “Development of Soft Skills at Higher Education Institutions of Armenia and Georgia in Compliance with the 21st Century Labour Market Requirements (DeSIRe).”
The trainings were conducted by university professors Asie Tsintsadze, Irakli Gorgiladze, and Ivdit Diasamidze, and covered the following topics:
Participants included representatives from all faculties as well as students, reflecting the project’s wide scope and high level of engagement. The sessions were marked by interactivity and a variety of practical activities.
The trainings aimed to strengthen international cooperation and enhance the qualifications of both staff and students. All participants will receive certificates upon successful completion.
მიმდინარე წლის 22-26 ნოემბერს „ერაზმუს+“-ის საგრანტო პროექტის „სოციალური უნარების განვითარება სომხეთისა და საქართველოს უმაღლეს საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებებში 21-ე საუკუნის შრომის ბაზრის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად“ ფარგლებში უნივერსიტეტის პროფესორებმა (ასიე ცინცაძე, ირაკლი გორგილაძე და ივდით დიასამიძე) ჩაატარეს ტრენინგები შემდეგ თემებზე:
ტრენინგებში მონაწილეობა მიიღო ყველა ფაკულტეტის წარმომადგენელმა და სტუდენტმა, რაც ხაზს უსვამს პროექტის ფართო მასშტაბსა და ჩართულობის მაღალ დონეს. სესიები გამოირჩეოდა ინტერაქციულობითა და პრაქტიკული აქტივობების მრავალფეროვნებით.
პროექტის ფარგლებში განხორციელებული ტრენინგები მიზნად ისახავს უნივერსიტეტის საერთაშორისო თანამშრომლობის გაღრმავებასა და პერსონალისა და სტუდენტების კვალიფიკაციის ამაღლებას. მონაწილეებს გადაეცემათ სერტიფიკატები.
