On February 27, 2024, the second day of the official launch of the Erasmus+ KA2 CBHE DeSIRe Project, representatives from 15 partner institutions gathered on the premises of Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan.

The participants were introduced to the University’s structure, followed by a presentation from Dr. Lusik Vardanyan, Project Coordinator, who outlined the project’s initial tasks and roadmap. To facilitate effective governance, the Project Steering Committee, consisting of representatives from partner institutions, was established to oversee key decision-making processes and develop effective project management strategies to ensure smooth implementation.

The project’s Financial Manager, Ghukas Ghukasyan, provided a comprehensive presentation on financial accountability and budget allocation.
This two-day workshop played a significant role in strengthening partnerships and clarifying the forthcoming steps for the project.
