About the Event

NAD2 (National-level event coordinated by TSU) expanded the reach beyond the university environment, highlighting project results and engaging a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from other HEIs, youth organisations, policymakers, and employers.

NAD2 Panel (coordinated by TSU): Shifted to national-level considerations, stakeholders emphasized the need to align higher education outcomes with labour-market expectations and reinforce links with policymaking structures. Employers, HEIs, and youth organizations expressed strong interest in replicating TSU’s in-house training model. Panel recommendations included preparing a concise policy brief for ministries and QA agencies, developing model syllabus inserts and assessment rubrics, offering bilingual (GE/EN) teaching materials, creating an EDI toolkit tailored to regional contexts, establishing an impact monitoring dashboard, and delivering a trainer-of-trainers workshop to support broader national scaling.

Ensured national-level dissemination of project achievements, including TSU’s training outcomes and internal multiplication activities. Increased engagement with diverse stakeholders across Georgia, including HEIs, youth organisations, policymakers, QA bodies, NGOs, and media outlets. Demonstrated the impact of TSU’s onsite, online, and in-house trainings and highlighted their potential for scaling across the national higher education system. Promoted the Soft Skills (SS) Lab implementation strategy and national roadmap developed within TSU’s DeSIRe activities. Collected stakeholder feedback to inform the sustainability of the project and guide the next steps in national policy, institutional replication, and SS Lab development. For NAD2, dissemination was internal. Information circulated within TSU via faculty and administrative channels, with agendas and presentations shared directly to the stakeholders. Photographs documented the sessions for internal reporting.
