On 26th of September, 2025 the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia hosted the National Awareness Day 2 (NAD) of the Erasmus+ DeSIRe Project, bringing together representatives from higher education institutions (HEIs), organizations, museums, NGOs, and other stakeholders. A total of 41 participants attended the event.

The agenda highlighted the importance of soft skills in modern education and professional life. 

A special focus was attached to the newly established laboratory within the project, designed to serve as an innovative hub for students, staff, and the institution in general. The laboratory’s business plan was presented, outlining its long-term benefits in fostering professional growth and institutional development.

Participants were also introduced to a series of modules aimed at enhancing key competencies, including:

• Reflective Thinking
• Entrepreneurial Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Organisational Culture
• Media and Digital Literacy

The sessions provided valuable insights into how these modules will support students in developing critical skills while strengthening staff capacity and institutional effectiveness.

The event concluded with a vibrant and colorful flash mob, creating a lively atmosphere that underscored the collaborative and innovative spirit of the DeSIRe Project.
